ROLE:

System Administator

LOCATION : Bangalore

EXPERIENCE REQ: 3-5 yrs

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop and laptop systems, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Provide technical support to end users via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights using Active Directory.
  • Support Windows OS (Windows 10/11), Microsoft 365, and standard desktop applications.
  • Maintain asset inventory and document support processes.
  • Ensure systems are up to date with security patches and antivirus definitions.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to support projects and initiatives.
  • Set up and support conference rooms, AV equipment, and remote meeting tools (e.g., Zoom, Teams).
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes.
